The Writers in Residence Program in Whistler culminated last weekend and I’ve felt adrift ever since. As I clapped for the last speaker at the Pecha Kucha event, part of the Whistler Readers and Writers Festival, I realize it’s over for 2011. However, now I have a notepad full of scribbled exercises, piles of handouts, and a tower of suggested reading to get through.
